Something broke under my daughter's sink, and water got into most rooms of her house. I offered to help her find a company to do the restoraton/remodeling once the water mitigation was finished. I received recommendations from friends and acquaintances. I was surprisedby the number of people who pretended to be contractors and the number of people who refused to pull permits--even contractors. Then I found Bay Coast Restoration online and was impressed by their reviews. Clinton came to meet with me and my daughter. From day one he was easy to communicate with, explained the whole process thoroughly and assured us that he (the project manager) and the contractor he worked with would make sure the restoration would be successful, and that my daughter would be pleased. He listened carefully to what my daughter wanted. The whole process was great. Clinton was easy to reach by phone and text and responded promptly. He answered our questions along the way and made sure to keep my daughter abreast on the progress of the remodel. Permits were pulled as needed. If there was an issue along the way, he solved it quickly. We are pleased with the final outcome. The house looks great, the time frame was reasonable, and the cost was fair. (My daughter's insurance paid only a fraction of the cost up front.) I highly recommend Bay Coast Restoration and Clinton Ferreira. My name is Tamara, and back at the end of the year, my RO filter housing cracked and flooded most of my house. I was able to do the water mitigation through a company partnered with my insurance, but I needed significant restoration work. It took me several months of interviewing contractors before I found Bay Coast Restoration and Clint. They just finished with my house, and I am incredibly happy with the work they did.

Clint is excellent to work with. He is very easy to communicate with and get a hold of. Any questions I had were answered quickly. He was able to make this whole process much less stressful than it would have been.

I had fairly extensive damage from the water. All the flooring needed to be replaced, my kitchen needed to be redone, my guest bath, and the Florida room. I love how everything turned out. Clint was very communicative during the project about what would be happening when and would update me with pictures as well. He takes pride in his work and treated my little home with care and respect. I am extremely happy with the outcome and the process.

The price for the project was excellent. Estimates for the job were all over the place from different companies. Bay Coast's was one of the lower estimates, and I was able to get everything I wanted within the budget that was set, and there were no major changes to the cost during the project. So I was very happy with that aspect as well.

I can’t say enough good things about working with this company and Clint. And I would gladly

Clinton with Bay Coast Restoration was great! It felt more like a partner in getting my house back to normal after a sewer backup. He was interested in our issues that we were having and willing to work with us and take care of our concerns. Tuesday before my wedding I went into the guest room to start to prep it for guests. I noticed it smelled a little musty in the room. When I moved a folding table I had in there with some wedding stuff on it I was horrified to find a fair bit of mold all along the bottom of the exterior wall under a window. I called Clint immediately and he was at my house by the end of the day. He went through all the options he could think of to try to quarantine off the infested part of the room to possibly be able to use part of the room for guests as I had 4 people coming to stay with us for our wedding weekend! We ultimately decided To just block off the whole room and get it taken care of, guests would just have to use the couch. If you can imagine the stress and commotion going on in my house for the wedding, then add this, it was a nightmare. Clint and his team were so non intrusive, they blocked the room off and got right to work ripping everything out. They remediated it without adding to the chaos at all. We bought this house not knowing Hurricane Milton had left behind a serious mold problem. Within days of closing we started feeling off and figured out why pretty quickly — there was hidden mold throughout the Florida room, roof framing, and kitchen walls that had been there since the storm. It was bad enough that it was making us sick, and we had no idea any of it existed when we closed on the place.

Clint's team demoed and cleaned out all of the impacted material, handled containment properly so the rest of the house wasn't affected, and put preventative measures in place before wrapping up. What really stood out was how well he communicated throughout the whole thing. He was responsive, moved fast, and kept us informed at every step.

Spoke with Clint about mold contamination in my apartment building. Even though he is unable to do restoration on my leased apartment(liability issues with landlord), he took the time and walked me through the steps I needed to take and recommended me to an accessor.
